Registered nurse, above-the-knee amputee, wife, mother, and gigi. I became a nurse to make a difference in the lives of my patients and then went on to become a nurse educator to provide truly holistic care for my patients. I am passionate about ensuring that patients can remain independent, or regain their independence, safely.
I am passionate about caring for all individuals but my primary focus is on Oncology, Gerontology, and Palliative Care.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, lounging by the pool, playing with my dogs, and writing on my blog Her Inspired Life. But my most favorite activity is spending time with my four kids, 3 “bonus kids” (kids-in-law) and 4 grandkids.
